Vintage Blue Glazed Studio Pottery Jug. Vintage studio pottery jug with a rich cobalt blue glazed finish and freely applied white slip decoration. The rounded, bulbous body rises to a gently flared neck with a shaped pouring lip and generous loop handle, while the surface is decorated with playful wavy lines, small dots and stylised foliate motifs. An attractive example of traditional-style slip-decorated pottery, equally suited to use as a decorative kitchen jug or as a vase for freshly cut flowers.
Dimensions: 12cm diameter x 15cm widest x 16cm high
Condition: Good vintage condition with some small chips, minor surface wear and marks consistent with age and use.
