We pride ourselves on customer service and aim to provide a friendly, fast and efficient experience at every stage of shopping, aiming to have even the largest items delivered to you within 7 working days (& often much sooner). We use recycled packaging wherever possible including 100% recycled cardboard and 93% recycled bubble wrap - both of which are 100% recyclable.

We have a 4-tier, standard flat rate delivery system to cover the delivery of all of our products to England & Wales, but if you would like a quote for Scotland, the Highlands & Islands, the rest of Europe, or any special requirements, please Contact Us prior to purchase.

We are also able to offer Express Delivery to England & Wales on most of our products. We can get items to you as fast as the next working day on orders placed before 12 pm but please call with your postcode first to confirm item eligibility and get a quote to your area. (Please see Delivery Services 2 & 3a for how your item would be dispatched).

We ask that you satisfy yourself to the condition of the item upon delivery and before signing for any goods and the departure of delivery drivers/couriers.

Please ensure you have provided us with a current mobile phone number for us to arrange delivery.

1. Free Local Delivery on All items to TR postcodes excluding the isles of scilly

We are based in Cornwall and offer free delivery to TR (Truro) postcodes excluding the Isles of Scilly on all of our products. We will give you a call to fix up a convenient day & time. If you would like to collect an item from our warehouse that's also fine.

Please select 'collection in person' at the checkout so that delivery charges aren't added to your subtotal.

2. Free Delivery

Overnight Parcel With Parcel Force, Royal Mail or DPD Couriers

Items that qualify for Free Delivery will be sent with Parcel Force, Royal Mail or DPD parcel couriers to UK mainland only. Please get in touch prior to purchase for a quote to the Highlands and Islands and the rest of Europe.

You will be notified of the dispatch of your item within 1-2 working days and be provided with a consignment number by which you can track your item online. Items will require a signature for delivery. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a 2nd delivery attempt or to take with you to collect your item from their local depot. Items will be packaged using recyclable materials whenever possible but will not be waterproof.

We also use this method for Express Delivery.

3. £75 - 2 options listed below (a or b)

Items that qualify for £75 delivery charge will be sent to England and Wales delivery addresses either with a 2 man delivery service OR securely fastened on a Pallet. For delivery quotes to Scotland & Europe please Contact Us prior to purchase.

Typically, these items are sent with the two man delivery option (A) but certain small but heavy items (eg a safe, or garden ornament) might be better suited on a pallet. We can also send items on pallets using an overnight service which is a better 'express' option but without the convenience of having two men help with the delivery.

A) 2 Man & Van Courier Service

The courier company we use for man and van deliveries is called Proovia and they collect from us every Tuesday & Friday. Delivery is usually within 5-7 working days from when your order is placed.

Unlike with the Pallet Delivery Service there are always two people to aid you get the item into your property.

The couriers will get in touch to offer you a delivery window which you can approve or decline depending whether it's convenient for you. If their first option is not convenient they'll let you know the next available window they can get to you.

Items will be safely packaged in recycled materials; cardboard, bubble wrap or jiffy foam.

b) Pallet Service from UPN or Palletforce:

When items are dispatched on a pallet we will notify you that your item is on its way to you. When it is received by your local depot they will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery day and time. You can specify which day (Monday to Friday) and whether you prefer an AM or PM delivery window so the service is very flexible. However, delivery is a curbside drop only as drivers are NOT insured to help bring the item into your property. Therefore, you may need to arrange your own assistance to load the item indoors.

Items on a pallet will be delivered on average within 5-10 working days and appropriately packaged in recyclable materials wherever possible, usually cardboard and shrink wrap. Although your item will be packaged to be showerproof we do not advise that items are left outside in packaging for prolonged periods.

We also use this method for Express Delivery.

£100 Large Item Delivery

Man & Van Courier Service:

Items that qualify for delivery at the rate of £100 are too large to be delivered on a pallet and can only be delivered by a Man & van courier. This rate covers England & Wales postcode addresses, for delivery quotes to Scotland please Contact Us prior to purchase. Unfortunately, we regret we are not currently able to offer this service to N.I. and the rest of Europe at present.
