RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30 day returns and refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging (where possible, but must be packaged appropriately). You’ll also need the order number and details, receipt or proof of purchase.



To start a return, you can contact us at sales@kernowfurniture.co.uk and we will respond in 24 hours (usually much sooner and we aim to be as helpful as possible). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package ASAP. For larger items we can help advise which couriers to use or book a man and van service we recommend for a reliable service. We will ensure you receive your full refund on receipt of your items being returned to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return costs are at the buyers expense.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As most of our items are unique it's unlikely we'll be able to offer an exact exchange but please get in touch so we can discuss the best options.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
