30 Day No Quibble Returns Policy:

All of our items are preloved, vintage & antique. We endeavour to describe the items in as much detail as possible with lots of clear photographs. Any damage will be illustrated / described but please satisfy yourself as to the item condition prior to purchase as you will be liable for the delivery and return costs in the event that you change your mind about an item that is as described. If you wish to return an item you must contact us via email as soon as possible and get the item back to us within 30 days. A full refund of the item(s) sale price will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of safe return of unwanted item(s) in original condition.

 

Damaged Returns:

Please inspect all goods for any damage upon arrival.

In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit please do not sign for goods or take receipt of any items but return them with the delivery driver immediately. Then, Contact Us via email or phone to let us know the item is being returned and why. The full item(s) sale price and delivery cost is fully insured by us (Kernow Furniture Ltd) and will be fully refunded to you (the customer) in full, provided that damage is noted upon attempted delivery to you.

Delivery Policy: Delivery will be within 30 days of date of sale unless otherwise agreed. However, items will usually be delivered much sooner. On average 3 - 10 working days. All items are FULLY insured

Kernow Furniture Ltd reserve the right to not provide a delivery service to Northern Ireland, Scotland & the Scottish Highlands and Europe due to the fragility of some of our products and the fact they may not be covered by goods in transit insurance.

Couriers & pallet delivery firms reserve the right to a roadside delivery drop only. Therefore, it is advised that you are prepared with assistance if necessary to take delivery of larger items.

If you have special requirements with regard to delivery including restricted access then please get in touch prior to purchase to avoid any further charges being incurred.

For overnight parcel deliveries we use UPS, Carminnow Road Industrial Estate, Bodmin PL31 1EP

For pallet and parcel deliveries we use Carn Logistics (UPN), Unit1 Treleigh Ind Est/Jon Davey Dr, Redruth TR16 4AX.

For pallet deliveries we also use Westfield Transport (Palletforce), Kerley Paddock, Chacewater, Truro, Cornwall, UK, TR4 8JY

For a man and van courier service we use C&M Services, Highbrook, Folly Gate, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 3AH.

Refund / Cancellation Policy: Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant product(s).

However, we offer a full 30 day returns policy with return postage at YOUR expense. If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please telephone or email us if you would like to return your order, and we will discuss how you can return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 30 days. You will receive a full refund for the item sale price. Outgong delivery costs will not be refunded.

If goods are damaged on their way to you we will arrange a full refund. Damage to goods must be noted upon attempted delivery of the goods and returned with the driver. Please make sure you have checked all items before signing to accept the delivery.

Privacy policy: we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We will not pass on your email address but may use it to send you newsletters and discount codes from time to time. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the 'unsucbscribe' link at the bottom of the page.

To place an order, please add items to your shopping cart and follow the on-screen instructions to check out using using PayPal Pro secure checkout. Cards accepted include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e­mail to confirm that we have received your order and that a contract has been made between us.

If ordering goods that fall into the £75 delivery cost bracket please state which delivery service you would prefer (Pallet Service or Man & Van) at the checkout.

You must provide a contact telephone number and email address for all orders. We won't pass this information on to anyone other than the delivery firm.

You warrant to us that:

(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale; All items are sold as second hand items, some for display purposes only and we do not guarantee that they operate as they were initially intended.

(b) the information provided in your order is accurate and complete

Payment must be made [upon the submission of your order]. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this as soon as possible and try to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.
