Set of 6 + 1 Victorian Mahogany Chippendale Style Dining Chairs.A handsome set of seven late 19th century mahogany dining chairs in the Chippendale Revival style comprising six dining chairs and one matching carver armchair. The chairs have shaped crest rails above finely pierced interlaced splat backs with moulded uprights and stand on straight moulded front legs embellished with carved foliate corner brackets. The carver has elegant shaped open arms with scrolling terminals. All seven retain old brown leather upholstered seats finished with brass studding giving the set a particularly rich time-worn appearance.

Condition:Good antique condition with marks scratches knocks and wear throughout consistent with age and use. The leather upholstery is heavily aged with cracking scuffs scratches surface losses and considerable wear particularly around the seat edges. Historic repair to the back on one of the chairs. One chair is missing its carved corner brackets. General variation in colour and finish across the set. Please refer to photographs.
Delivery: 100 flat rate for England and Wales only. This is an economy service with a two-person team, delivering to a ground floor room of choice. Please contact us prior to purchase for deliveries involving stairs, restricted access, Scotland, or if an express service is required.

We offer free cancellation or a full refund on any order prior to dispatch.
Delivery can usually be arranged on a day that suits you — simply leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
We offer a flat-rate delivery service of £100 across England & Wales. For deliveries to Scotland, please contact us for a tailored quote due to distance. You are also very welcome to collect your item in person from our warehouse.
Most deliveries are completed within 3–5 working days from dispatch. If you require an expedited service, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
If you would like to delay dispatch for a few weeks, please add a note at checkout and we will happily hold your item. For longer-term storage, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Our delivery service is carried out by a two-person team and includes delivery to your room of choice. This covers up to one flight of stairs. If delivery is required to a second floor or above, please notify us in advance as a £15 surcharge per floor will apply.
Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery. If you have any concerns regarding access, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
For your peace of mind, we provide a 30-day returns period. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will arrange a free return. For all other returns, please contact us to discuss options.
