A traditional early 20th century oak joint stool featuring a solid oak seat with moulded edge above a decorative carved frieze. Raised on turned and slightly splayed legs joined by low stretchers, the stool combines classic country styling with practical proportions. Compact and versatile, it works well as occasional seating, a side table, lamp stand or decorative accent within both traditional and rustic interiors. Presented in good condition with some water marks and staining to the top surface consistent with age and use.
