Large Antique Mahogany Glazed Bookcase. Large late 19th / early 20th Century mahogany bookcase, the top section with pair of glazed doors reveal adjustable book shelves, the bottom section with pair of panelled doors reveal shelves and later file holder.
Dimensions: Top 117cm wide x 32cm deep x 7. Base 117cm wide x 36cm deep x 78cm high. Overall 228.5cm high. Top shelf internal depth 26.5cm. Bottom shelf internal depth 28cm.
Condition: Overall presents well, some damage around the brass handles on the top section where the handles have rubbed, the right hand door has dropped slightly and catches a little when closing, later file holder fitted to the bottom cupboard.
Delivery: £100 flat rate quoted covers England and Wales only. Delivery offered is an economy service to ground floor with a single driver, who will need assistance unloading at your end. We offer free cancellation or a full refund on any order prior to dispatch.
Delivery can usually be arranged on a day that suits you — simply leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
We offer a flat-rate delivery service of £100 across England & Wales. For deliveries to Scotland, please contact us for a tailored quote due to distance. You are also very welcome to collect your item in person from our warehouse.
Most deliveries are completed within 3–5 working days from dispatch. If you require an expedited service, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
If you would like to delay dispatch for a few weeks, please add a note at checkout and we will happily hold your item. For longer-term storage, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Our delivery service is carried out by a two-person team and includes delivery to your room of choice. This covers up to one flight of stairs. If delivery is required to a second floor or above, please notify us in advance as a £15 surcharge per floor will apply.
Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery. If you have any concerns regarding access, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
For your peace of mind, we provide a 30-day returns period. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will arrange a free return. For all other returns, please contact us to discuss options.
Many of our pieces are vintage or pre-owned, so some signs of wear may be present. We always aim to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible.
