Italian Oak Renaissance Revival Style Cupboard. Late 19th Century oak cupboard, the moulded top with a triangular-pedimented rear ledge with a brass relief panel depicting the erection of the cross scene, above a panelled drawer with brass relief of satyrs and scrolls in the manner of Raphael arabesques over a pair of panelled doors with brass relief panels, one portraying Chronos, the other Zeus crushing a man with lightning strokes, within fluted pilasters on a gadrooned cushion plinth with lobed bun feet. The relief panels in the doors most likely were once silver plated which is now polished off.

Dimensions: 76cm wide x 49cm deep x 128cm high at the back x 99cm high.

Condition: Good condition, general age and wear.
