Georgian Style Mahogany Tall Chest of Drawers.A striking Georgian style mahogany chest of drawers, the architectural pediment top above a case fitted with two short over five long graduated drawers, each crossbanded and strung with satinwood lines and fitted with oval brass plate handles cast with a thistle motif, raised on shaped bracket feet. The piece has a genuinely eye-catching presence, well suited to a bedroom or hallway where height and impact are wanted. The mahogany has taken on a good, warm colour with attractive figuring throughout.

Condition:Good overall condition with honest wear consistent with age. The cornice is a separate detachable section. There's a small historic repair/loss to the veneer at the base of one front foot, and minor lifting to the crossbanding on one upper drawer, section of cock beading missing from the edge of the drawer.
Delivery: 100 flat rate for England and Wales only. This is an economy service with a two-person team, delivering to a ground floor room of choice. Please contact us prior to purchase for deliveries involving stairs, restricted access, Scotland, or if an express service is required.

We offer free cancellation or a full refund on any order prior to dispatch.
Delivery can usually be arranged on a day that suits you — simply leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
We offer a flat-rate delivery service of £100 across England & Wales. For deliveries to Scotland, please contact us for a tailored quote due to distance. You are also very welcome to collect your item in person from our warehouse.
Most deliveries are completed within 3–5 working days from dispatch. If you require an expedited service, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
If you would like to delay dispatch for a few weeks, please add a note at checkout and we will happily hold your item. For longer-term storage, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Our delivery service is carried out by a two-person team and includes delivery to your room of choice. This covers up to one flight of stairs. If delivery is required to a second floor or above, please notify us in advance as a £15 surcharge per floor will apply.
Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery. If you have any concerns regarding access, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
For your peace of mind, we provide a 30-day returns period. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will arrange a free return. For all other returns, please contact us to discuss options.
