French Art Deco Loys Lucha Blue & White Enamelled Glass Ceiling Light Shade.A striking French Art Deco ceiling light shade by Loys Lucha, dating to around the 1930s.The shallow moulded glass bowl is decorated in soft blue and white with sweeping intersecting lines forming an abstract geometric pattern. The broad 43cm diameter gives it a strong decorative presence while the relatively shallow profile makes it well suited to a dining room, hallway or sitting room.Signed Loys Lucha to the glass.

Condition:The shade is suspended from later metal chains. The glass itself does not incorporate a bulb holder and would originally have formed part of a ceiling light arrangement with the light source fitted separately.Shade in good condition with no cracks or chips noted. Original suspension hooks have been overpainted at some point.
