Edwardian Painted Tin Trunk.An Edwardian tin trunk, retaining traces of the original painted finish over a red painted tin interior. Fitted with a working clasp and hinged lid, with a carrying handle to each end. Wonderfully aged surface with heavy patina, rust bloom, and wear throughout. A brilliant piece of storage with real character equally at home as a blanket box, coffee table base, decorative trunk, or log bin by the fire.
Dimensions: 77cm wide x 52cm x 46cm high
Condition:Good, characterful original condition. Genuine wear, and paint loss throughout the exterior consistent with age. Interior retains its red paint with some surface marks and light rust. Clasp and hinges functional. Sound and stable, no structural damage.

Free delivery is available on small items and selected smaller pieces of furniture. This covers UK mainland addresses only and excludes the Highlands and Islands.
