A colourful collection ofLate 20th Centuryglazed earthenware vessels by Poterie Ravel of Aubagne, Provence, comprising a large green glazed vase, a cobalt blue jar, a honey-glazed pitcher and two smaller eartheware pots with green and ochre drip glazes. stamped POTERIE RAVEL AUBAGNE.Founded in the nineteenth century, Poterie Ravel is one of Provence's most respected pottery makers, renowned for producing traditional hand-finished terracotta and glazed wares. The vibrant colours and simple forms exemplify the rustic Mediterranean aesthetic for which Aubagne pottery is celebrated.
An attractive decorative grouping, ideal for displaying flowers or as a standalone collection.
