Antique Polychrome Candle Wall Sconce.An antique carved wooden architectural fragment, probably a corbel or bracket, retaining traces of old red and verdigris polychrome paint, now converted to a wall mounted candle sconce with a fitted metal lined candle cup and iron hanging hook. A characterful salvage piece with genuine age and patina, well suited to candlelit display alongside other architectural fragments and objects.

Condition:Consistent with age and salvage use, with significant paint loss and wear to the carved surface, some material loss/chipping to the carved detail
