Antique Pink Porcelain Floral Lidded Pot.Continental porcelain lidded pot with a soft pink ground, twin gilt handles and a domed cover topped with a moulded rose finial. The body is decorated with a hand-painted floral spray within a white reserve, surrounded by elaborate gilt scrolling ornament, with further gilt floral decoration to the reverse and cover. Small and beautifully decorative, Would work wonderfully as a trinket pot or simply as a decorative piece. Bearing a blue painted mark to the base.
Dimensions: 9cm x 7cm x 8cm
Condition:In good antique condition with age related wear and patina. There is rubbing and loss to the gilding and some variation and discolouration to the pink ground. The moulded rose finial has some small losses and wear, as shown in the photographs.
