Antique Chinese Carved Low Cabinet. Decorative antique Chinese low cabinet constructed from dark stained hardwood, with a pair of central cupboard doors flanked by drawers and carved panels. The front is embellished throughout with traditional carved floral, vase and animal motifs, with pierced foliate carving running across the lower apron. Raised on low shaped feet with geometric key-fret detailing, the cabinet has a wonderfully timeworn red-brown finish and lots of character. Its long, low proportions make it ideal as a table top cabinet or decorative storage piece.

Condition:In good antique condition with extensive age related wear, marks and patina throughout. There is rubbing and loss to the finish, old knocks and scratches, and some small losses and wear to the carved decoration consistent with age and use. Free delivery is available on small items and selected smaller pieces of furniture. This covers UK mainland addresses only and excludes the Highlands and Islands.
