19th Century Rosewood and Engraved Copper Occasional Table. Decorative occasional table combining a 19th century rosewood pedestal base with a later engraved copper tray top. The circular copper top is densely worked with peacocks, birds, flowers and scrolling foliage within patterned borders, while the richly coloured rosewood base has a turned central column above a carved circular support and three sweeping feet. Characterful piece with a strong Eastern inspired feel, ideal as a side or occasional table.
Dimensions: 67cm diamater x 55cm high
Condition:Age related wear, marks and patina throughout. The engraved copper tray is a later addition to the 19th century rosewood base and shows tarnishing, oxidation and areas of verdigris consistent with age. Age and wear to the polish on the rosewood base. Please refer to the photographs for further detail.
Delivery: 75 flat rate for England and Wales only. This is an economy service with a two-person team, delivering to a ground floor room of choice. Please contact us prior to purchase for deliveries involving stairs, restricted access, Scotland, or if an express service is required.

We offer free cancellation or a full refund on any order prior to dispatch.
Delivery can usually be arranged on a day that suits you — simply leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
We offer a flat-rate delivery service of £75 across England & Wales. For deliveries to Scotland, please contact us for a tailored quote due to distance. You are also very welcome to collect your item in person from our warehouse.
Most deliveries are completed within 3–5 working days from dispatch. If you require an expedited service, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
If you would like to delay dispatch for a few weeks, please add a note at checkout and we will happily hold your item. For longer-term storage, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Our delivery service is carried out by a two-person team and includes delivery to your room of choice. This covers up to one flight of stairs. If delivery is required to a second floor or above, please notify us in advance as a £15 surcharge per floor will apply.
Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery. If you have any concerns regarding access, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
For your peace of mind, we provide a 30-day returns period. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will arrange a free return. For all other returns, please contact us to discuss options.
Many of our pieces are vintage or pre-owned, so some signs of wear may be present. We always aim to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible.
