19th Century antique mahogany linen press. Good quality antique mahogany linen press with pair of panelled doors with decorative inlaid ovals, four internal sliding trays. The bottom section with pair of short drawers over two long drawers with pressed brass handles on splayed feet.
Dimensions: 133cm wide at the cornice x 59cm deep x 202cm high x 83cm high base.
Condition: Overall good condition, general age and wear, some historic repairs, few chips and minor losses to the veneer, some later replacements to the drawer pulls.
Delivery: *£100 Delivery quoted covers England & Wales only. Due to the size of this item it will be delivered by a man & van courier. The courier is a single driver, the customer will need to provide at least one fit and able person(s) to assist the courier in unloading the item. We aim to dispatch and deliver your item as quickly as possible but the turnaround does vary depending on area and delivery service required. We offer free cancellation or a full refund on any order prior to dispatch.
Delivery can usually be arranged on a day that suits you — simply leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
We offer a flat-rate delivery service of £100 across England & Wales. For deliveries to Scotland, please contact us for a tailored quote due to distance. You are also very welcome to collect your item in person from our warehouse.
Most deliveries are completed within 3–5 working days from dispatch. If you require an expedited service, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
If you would like to delay dispatch for a few weeks, please add a note at checkout and we will happily hold your item. For longer-term storage, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Our delivery service is carried out by a two-person team and includes delivery to your room of choice. This covers up to one flight of stairs. If delivery is required to a second floor or above, please notify us in advance as a £15 surcharge per floor will apply.
Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery. If you have any concerns regarding access, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
For your peace of mind, we provide a 30-day returns period. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will arrange a free return. For all other returns, please contact us to discuss options.
Many of our pieces are vintage or pre-owned, so some signs of wear may be present. We always aim to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible.
