Early 18th Century & later walnut chest of drawers. A Queen Anne figured walnut and inlaid feather banded chest of drawers with restorations. The rectangular molded top above two short and three long graduated drawers with ovolo moulded surrounds to the carcass, on bun feet.

Condition: Good solid condition,this handsome walnut chest of drawers provides an impressive appearance though it has undergone subsequent workshop attention including some later elements. It is almost inevitable that this early veneered furniture on softwood carcasses will fall into disrepair during its long history unless it has been confined to bedroom use through its generations of ownership.
