Vintage Raunder German Accordian & Case. 1940s vintage accordian, formica body.
Dimensions: overall 44cm x 18cm x 39cm, the case measures 48cm x 41cm x 27cm.
Condition: Overall good condition, some minor tarnishing to the chrome, chip and losses to the formica on the front corner, the leather strap is broken.
F. A. Rauner was one of the largest harmonica and accordion manufacturers in Klingenthal/Germany. The company was founded in 1864. In the late 1920s (1929), Rauner-Seydel-Böhm-AG was a listed company. In the mid/late 1930s, the company was the second largest harmonica factory in the world which also produced high-quality accordions.
