Pair Staffordshire Style Dalmations. Pair 20th Century decorative ceramic Dalmatian dog figures in the traditional Staffordshire style, modelled recumbent and set upon deep cobalt blue bases with gilt highlights. Each dog is finished in a glossy white glaze and hand-decorated with black spots, picked out facial features and a fine gilt collar, capturing the whimsical character typical of 19th-century Staffordshire flatback figures.
