Mochaware Jug

Mochaware Jug. Small mochaware pottery jug, finished in a rich glossy glaze of earthy olive green and deep brown. The body is decorated with a stylised tree typical of traditional mochaware decoration, and has a pleasing rounded form with a pulled handle and shaped pouring lip. The base is unglazed, showing the natural clay body.

A characterful piece of decorative pottery, ideal for display, a small vase, or as part of a pottery collection.
