Marine Oil On Board. Early 20th Century small marine oil painting, depicting a lone sailing boat on choppy seas beneath a soft, clouded sky. Painted with confident brushwork and a restrained palette of blues and greys, the scene captures the movement and atmosphere of open water in a compact format.The painting is presented in a traditional gilt frame which complements the subject well. Of additional interest, the board is painted to the reverse with a second landscape study, adding further appeal and suggesting the work of an artist’s sketch panel

Free delivery is available on small items and selected smaller pieces of furniture. This covers UK mainland addresses only and excludes the Highlands and Islands.
