Antique Oak Side Table

Antique oak side table. The oblong top with a gadrooned edge above an egg-and-dart moulding and sinuous vine-incised frieze on gadrooned cup-and-cover baluster front supports with grotesque mask and squared patera-carved headers, the pot board with a nulled apron and acanthus-carved block feet.

Dimensions: 97cm wide x 46cm deep x 88cm high.

Condition: This strong late English Renaissance design appears to be mostly authentic apart from a later associated top and potboard.
