Antique Oak Bureau Bookcase. Antique marriage of 18th Century vernacular bureau base with neoclassical style top section. The superstructure with a moulded swan-necked pediment centred on a gilt Prince of Wales feather-carved crest above a pair of doors each with lozenge and octagonal-moulded panels, the base with a cleated fall enclosing a fitted interior inlaid with geometric motifs, over two short and two long drawers on bracket feet.
