Late 20th CenturyCornish interior still life oil painting by Anne Brown, depicting a collection of houseplants, ceramics and objects arranged before a window with a coastal view beyond.The dark, muted interior contrasts beautifully with the pale Cornish landscape outside, giving the painting a lovely quiet quality. Presented in its original painted wooden frame.The reverse bears an old handwritten label for Anne Brown, Studio St Ives.
Dimensions: 56cm x 46cm
Condition:Good vintage condition overall. There is extensive fine craquelure/crazing to the painted surface, particularly visible across the darker areas. Some light age-related wear and marks to the frame. Please refer to the photographs for detail.
