The glass shows the gentle waviness, thickness variation and small trapped bubbles characteristic of genuine hand blown glass, rather than the perfect uniformity of modern machine-made reproductions. A striking piece for display traditionally used to protect plants, cheese or decorative objects, and equally effective as a standalone sculptural piece
