18th Century Joined Oak Backstool. Late 17th / Early 18th Century joined stool from South Lancanshire or North Cheshire, The arched toprail incised with a stylised flower with foliage above a conforming oblong panel over a boarded seat on turned and blocked front legs and reel-turned stretcher.
Dimensions: 48cm wide x 38cm deep x 44.5cm seat height x 116.5cm high
Condition: Solid condition, age and general wear commensurate with age, historic breaks and repairs to the boarded seat, some evidence of woodworm to the bottom of the legs - please refer to the photos.
