Antique Victorian Carved Oak Greenman Desk. Good quality carved oak pedestal desk. The long rectangular top sits above a deep frieze drawer, flanked by carved panels with scrolling foliage and stylised greenmanmask motifs. Each pedestal is fitted with a graduated arrangement of drawers, all with bold carved fronts and greenman handles.The desk is of strong architectural form, standing on plinth bases, and retains a warm, well-aged patina throughout. A striking and practical antique desk, offering excellent storage and an impressive presence, ideal for a study or library interior.
