Antique Brass & Cast Iron Fire Basket. Late 19th Century Georgian style pierced brass serpentine fronted fire grate with arched cast iron back decorated in relief with flowers and fruit.

Dimensions: 77cm overall width x 34cm deep x 100cm high, back plate 46cm wide  x 100cm high, basket 23cm wide x 20.5cm internal depth.

Condition: Solid condition, historic repairs with cracks and brackets through the cast iron back, repair to the one of the legs.
